Banana Flower a healthy as well as delicious diet that many people are unaware. Also known as banana heart it is a nutritious foodstuff that has also medicinal value. You’ll be surprised if you come to know its benefits.

What is actually a Banana Flower?

The banana flower is not an ordinary flower that you keep in your garden. This is the part that is found beneath the banana fruit. Its shape is like a cone with different layers of petals and pinkish purple in color. Here comes the significance of fiber in our daily diet.  Fiber rich foods should be included in our daily food habits. Fiber is needed for proper digestion of food that we eat. One should intake plentiful of fiber in their diet irrespective of their age or body composition.
